Eating Disorders Network of Japan(EDNJ) held an annual event ; "The 7th Eating Disorders Festival" in Osaka on November 25th. We got encouragement from a lot of people and we could now make our warm festival a reality. Thanks. I'd really appreciate it.
The festival was attended by over 360 participants. There wasn't even standing room. The theme for this festival was "Do I have to change myself?" Many sufferers, carers, and professionals could share on their own changes by knee to knee. They were so touched and said as follows, "It's a good thing that I participated in the festival." "It was nice to have a conversation with the person having the same difficulties." "It was fruitful to have got the correct knowledge of eating disorders."
EDNJ continues to establish a network which respects the individual personality of every person. The 8th festival scheduled to hold next fall. Don't miss it!
